The bathroom is an exception, with colored cement tiles on the floor. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, whose storage units blend in with the pine walls, and a study/playroom area with a wooden bench nestled in front of a large square opening that invites you to relax. A staircase, cleverly cut into the thickness of the wooden wall, leads to a small additional bedroom, designed as a perched cabin.Outside, the original slope of the land has been terraced into 3 mineral restanques that are home to beautiful species of vegetation. The chosen olive trees are over a hundred and a thousand years old! A wooden terrace adjoining the house preserves the intimacy of an outdoor living and dining area, thanks to a pretty planted screen. Two outdoor parking spaces complete this property. Luxury, calm and simplicity: an aesthetic, gentle and ecological cocoon.
