A 19th-century villa with outbuildings and a 1,900-m² garden, less than 100 metres from a white sand beach in the Finistère department. In need of a full restoration, the rubble stone, L-shaped villa is one of the town’s oldest buildings. Built around a courtyard, it has a slate roof, faces northeast and includes two adjacent stone wings, each with their own entrance, which could be separated in order to create two dwellings. With three storeys, including a ground floor, a main floor and a second floor under the eaves, its plaster-coated main façade is cadenced by rectilinear windows, while the back of the house, in exposed rubble stone, has granite window and door surrounds and faces an initial garden that separates the villa from the property’s outbuildings. In addition, a large plot of land, partially planted with trees and located behind the stone outbuilding facing the villa, could be used for a real estate project, with an independent entrance already located at one end, whereas two stone annexe buildings, set back from the main dwelling and extending on from the courtyard, could be used as sheds, workshops or storage rooms, as needed.
