The architectural language is inspired by Nordic constructions, with exterior cladding in wood and an interior where matter, light and sobriety coexist in perfect harmony. The ceilings in white painted wood, with exposed beams, and the horizontal slatted panels also in white add texture, character and serenity to the spaces. The darker kitchen, in contrast to the chosen white, will be equipped with a hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave and refrigerator. Comfort was thought out in detail, with a wood-burning stove, ducted air conditioning (fan coils), water heating through a heat pump, outdoor lighting, automatic irrigation, borehole with its own water, electric solar breezes outside and interior blackouts, ensuring well-being in all seasons.
