House Târnăveni (Romania)

During the time when Romania was a Kingdom, the county bearing the name of Târnava Mică was formed, around the homonymous river, in Transylvania, Here, Târnăveni (formerly Târnava-Sân-Martin) functioned as a county seat. In April 1912, Târnăveni is elevated to the rank of city, and advances to gas-powered street lighting. In the year 1918, more precisely on the day of December 1st, the Union of Transylvania to the Motherland was completed. In 1990, December 1st was selected to be the National Day of Romania. Between September and October 1944, the 82nd Infantry Regiment fought valiantly, in the Târnava Mică valley and on the hills around the city, against the German and Hungarian forces. After the Second World War, the established communist regime established an administrative reorganization and a specific socio-economic life for Târnăveni. The history of the city takes us back in time, in 1278, when it was first documented, although traces of human habitation have been found since the Neolithic. The prosperity of the city made its eastern neighbour, the adjacent village of Cuștelnic, to become part of Târnăveni in 2000, through local referendum. Tall, majestic, and bearing a magnetic intensity of the color on the façades, Elszeszer Palace is located at the intersection of two streets in the city center. The history of the building originates in the XIX century, in 1860, around its construction time. The palace provides a generous space with 10 rooms, which have different surfaces and are arranged as: lower ground + ground floor + first floor. The built area totals about 650 sqm, with a footprint of 367 sqm and a usable area of approximately 400 sqm. An asset of the property is the immediate functionality, as the building is connected to all the necessary utilities: water, gas, electricity and sewerage. Therefore, this historical building becomes an interesting space for a future investment, being very versatile and ready to use for several commercial purposes, among which we mention a hotel, an office space or store, a kindergarten or a clinic. House Dumbrăveni (Romania)

In one of the old royal cities of the Habsburg Empire, the one called Elisabetopole, Elizabetopolis, Ibașfalău, Ibișfalău, Bășcăleț, Elisabethstadt, Epeschdorf, or Erzsébetvároș, there is a bright and bold building catching the eye instantly. It is centrally located, on one of the main arteries and near the Armenian cathedral, the one that lost one dome. Featuring an imposing tower guarding the corner and elegantly outlined blue frames against the bright white façade the has distinction. Built in 1881, it wears its age gracefully, having been recently renovated. The internal partitioning has created spacious and bright rooms, both on the ground floor (living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms) and upstairs (three bedrooms, an office, living room, and two bathrooms, one with access to the Finnish sauna). The fireplace stove warms a 40 sqm living room. The vaulted cellar with a brick floor, maintaining controlled temperature, is the perfect place for a private wine cellar, while the garden with lawn and fruit trees is the ideal option for peaceful afternoons. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the pavilion, where hearty meals can also be organized for loved ones, in its 9 sqm summer kitchen with a bread & pizza oven. The garage accommodates two cars. The town of Dumbrăveni, one of the ten royal free cities, enjoys the benefits of multiculturalism, with Romanians, Hungarians, Jews, Saxons, and Armenians living in and beautifying it. In the 16th century, Grigore Apafi built the feudal castle in the form of a citadel, which now operates as the Museum of Transylvanian Armenians, and the Armenian community erected a cathedral here in the 18th century. Dumbrăveni is situated between Sighișoara and Mediaș, having touristic Biertan, Viscri, and Via Transilvanica in close proximity. photo Florin Pepene

Property Biertan (Romania)

In a gentle valley, between Copșa Mare and Sighișoara, there is a Saxon settlement created by worthy people who built decent houses, nicely aligned with the main street. Proud, with a pitched roof and stuck together by opaque gates firmly fixed in the masonry, they can be seen from above like those Dutch ceramic houses brought as souvenirs from some Nordic holiday. Between these houses there is a beautifully renovated compound, a handful of buildings surrounding an inner courtyard with short grass and slight bumps reminiscent of childhood weed. The tile roof in a myriad of shades - brick, chocolate, orange, scarlet - is proof of the attention paid to the use of building materials specific to the area, patiently identified and carefully installed to the delight of the eye and the soul. On the street, the façade has a restrained color scheme, but the houses in the courtyard have whitewashed walls to let the sky be reflected in the shutters; however, the houses are modestly elegant, as befits Saxon dwellings. The interior is bright and the cellar, composed of rooms that communicate with each other, takes your breath away - vaulted, made of brick, it is more than generous and full of potential. The property consists of three distinct residential buildings situated on a 3756 sqm plot of land. The main house, built in 1884 and recently completely renovated with great taste and a passion for authenticity, has a footprint of 344 sqm and a total floor area of 527 sqm. The ground floor is fully furnished and equipped with careful attention to preserving and enhancing the building's character. The cellar is spectacular and invites the imagination to consider various uses: a noble wine cellar, a spa area reminiscent of top hotels, or a special relaxation zone. The second building has a footprint of 356 sqm, is entirely on the ground floor, and is currently a blank canvas, allowing the future owner the opportunity to transform it according to their preferences and the intended use of the property. Additionally, there is a separate annex building of 43 sqm currently used as a laundry facility. The area lends itself to rural tourism, as the fortified churches of Copșa Mare, Biertan and Mediaș (whose picturesque center combines Gothic with Renaissance, Neoclassical, Baroque and Secession styles), the tuberoses of Hoghilag (festival in August), Via Transilvanica, the famous Viscri and the beautiful fortress Rupea as well as the medieval fortress Sighișoara and the Bethlen Criș castle are just some of the sights that attract more and more tourists to the area.

Property Războieni-Cetate (Romania)

Looking towards the street, an mansion like a copy of a dream palace proudly wears its slender straight tower while waiting for its new owner. With frames that seem to hold tall and elegant windows in their arms, the façade is very inviting through the open staircase looking towards the gate to welcome those who are interested, for example, in the recently opened baths in Ocna Mureș or those who have things to do in Alba, Cluj or Mureș, all the municipalities being less than an hour away (the Cluj-Sebeș highway is 10 km away, and the Transilvania highway 25 km away, while Cluj, Târgu Mureș and Sibiu airports are also close). The 16 rooms of the mansion lend themselves to being arranged as tourist accommodation in this locality with a history of but also the future of a spa resort with salt baths. With spacious rooms, tall windows, elegant double doors and a superb beautifully restored oak parquet the interior is permissive and generous. The central common area has a beautiful original stove and the atmosphere of a ballroom awaiting its dancers. The building has solid walls of solid brick and is equipped with three-phase electricity, water, natural gas, hydrophore, gas-fired boilers, treatment plant and septic tank; the sewerage is in the process of completion. There is also a wine cellar with a brick vault, cellars and outbuildings for storage plus parking spaces on 800 m2 of paved and lit yard. Firs trees, walnuts, hazelnuts, apples, pears, cork oaks, acacias, willows, a stream at the bottom of the garden and a small fish pond provide the natural setting for relaxation, and the swimming pool and the tennis court with night lights incites the spirit of friendly competition. The mansion was built by Romulus Triteanu, who remained in the big history as the first Romanian station master after 1918 in the Feldioara railway junction, today Războieni-Cetate, and in the small history as the cousin of that Lazar Triteanu, Orthodox bishop of Romanian, whose wife, Veturia, acclaimed soloist, the only Romanian translator accepted by Hitler in the relationship with Ion Antonescu and alleged spy, later became the wife of Octavian Goga. Restored after 1998, the manor functioned as a 4-margaret guesthouse from 2008 until recently. Compartmentalization also allows use as a company headquarters, sports center, casino, cultural center, hunting lodge or private residence. Photo Florin Pepene

House Bistrița (Romania)

Somewhere on the edge of the forest, with the Bistrita River flowing in front, a private and quiet street leads to a secluded property where the perfectly manicured greenery induces a feeling of well-being; the impression it leaves is bright, neat, with clean lines, a strong aspirational component and a vague Mediterranean air perhaps given by the vegetation or the whiteness of the walls under the roof tile that falls heavily on the building. A silver fir tree punctuates the crowded green garden; the walkways take up in stone the idea of the curve found on the property in other areas too - the corrugated roof, the cut of the glass in the living room, etc. The interior is comfortable, the atmosphere warm, restful and ready to provide comfort for a large number of people - the common areas such as the open kitchen’s island and the living room are meant to gather around the table an extended family. The bathrooms attract attention with a modern design in which the stand alone bathtub is the piece of resistance. The layout of the space follows the civilized standard - in the basement the technical room - boilers, heating system and pool installations - but also the recreation room and wine cellar, plus a light courtyard with access to the pool. The ground floor allows parking for two cars in the garage and from there access to the living room with its fireplace, the dining area and the open kitchen (a second, closed kitchen and an ironing room are nearby). Also on this level are the guest bedroom with bathroom, the office and a vestibule. In the attic, under the skylight, there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom each. In total, over 730 sqm of usable area finished to the highest standards. photo Florin Pepene

House with garden Cluj-Napoca (Romania)

The location was intended to be an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, an oasis of peace, located 5 minutes from the center of Cluj, in the Andrei Muresanu neighborhood. From the entrance we are attracted by the handcrafted wrought iron fence in a medieval style, composed of leaves and stylized organic elements that wrap around the stone dust pillars. The alleys are made of cubic granite stone dating from the interwar period that dot the courtyard. The garden with winding alleys has a lush vegetation at maturity. The base of the house is hand-carved and finished with stone dust that reminds us of mangrove roots. The building has 3 entrances, 2 in the front and one behind the house. The front door, as well as the carpentry throughout the house, is made of Siberian larch wood and stained glass. The stained glass windows that can be found throughout the house are handmade using the Tiffany technique. In the entrance hall we are greeted by the vortex-shaped ceiling. On the ground floor we find an office with an entrance directly from the outside, a dressing room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a secondary hall. The basement has a technical room, a laundry and a storage room. On the mezzanine is the fully furnished and equipped kitchen. The building grows, unfolds, like an organism, from the inside to the outside, flows and adapts. As the architect describes it as the house without corners, fluid lines that integrate perfectly into the landscape of the neighborhood. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room. 4 doors with themed stained glass windows - each room represents a season ... in the hall there is a stylized tree that holds the place of the railing consisting of 70,000 pieces of Bisazza mosaic cut, glued and matched by hand, with the fallen leaves on the marble floor. The matrimonial area consists of a bedroom painted with Venetian stucco paint, with ornaments and lighting fixtures that are plated with 24 carat gold (plinth, bed ornaments, chandeliers), a bathroom with shower, a reddish marble countertop and decorated with Platinum-plated Bisazza mosaic, toilet equipped with washing and drying function, a dressing room with balcony. Bathroom 2 is equipped with a bathtub and has a wall consisting of 2 brushed marble slabs curved in the mirror, a built-in TV in the mirror, a toilet equipped with washing and drying function. Towards the attic you climb stairs covered with marble, each step having a different shape, being processed manually. The attic is an open space composed of three distinct functional areas delimited by a central pillar decorated in Art Nouveau style which is based on a handcrafted round mosaic panel plated with 24 carat gold and which sustains the hand-painted ceiling in Art Nouveau style in pastel colors . -the central piece is a 4 meter bar, with a solid wood top, and the front part is covered with copper. - another area is the entertainment area where we find a modular sofa, a TV and an electric projection screen that descends from the ceiling. - in the third area we find a round table for 12 people that can be used both as a dining place, but also as a space for discussions. This area enjoys an amazing view over Cluj that can be admired through a huge window that follows the curvature of the roof. Also in the attic on the wall behind the bar we find a work of art made using sgraffito technique, a technique of over 200 years, in 7 layers of plaster of different shades. The shapes are fluid, represented by curved lines, stained glass, wrought iron and it transposes the viewer into a magical world full of refinement and color, the world of film and artistic creations. The attic bathroom has a unique design and is called “the bathroom with 3 questions”. It is covered with greso-granite flooring and mosaic tiles that symbolize the mechanism inside the cinema equipment. The house has 2 terraces in steps, the first terrace has a jacuzzi with a special view over Cluj.

Chalet Colibița (Romania)

If you can take your eyes off the lake and dare to turn your back on it to look at the property, the first thing you will notice, besides the contemporary design, is the roof of the terrace coming out into the landscape like a hand sheltering the eyes looking further over the water to the opposite shore. This, in turn, makes you turn back to the lake again guessing where your gaze would go when you’ll be sitting up on the terrace over a glass of wine. Over there on the opposite bank there are holiday villas, hills, forests and pastures of the Calimani mountains; Colibita Lake mirrors the sky and has sandy beaches which have earned it the nickname mountain sea. Boats with masts attract seagulls while graceful swans glide smoothly on the glistening water. The view takes over, your eyes are kept captive in the clouds on the water (the locals say that in its depths there are the church and some of the houses of the old hamlet here before the accumulation lake took over). The generous land (3888 sqm) has an opening to the lake and, therefore, the property does not lack the floating pontoon and a 30-people capacity fully equipped gazebo. The pedestrian alleys are arranged, as is the parking lot. There are two villas layered on B + GF + A, all rooms having views and their own terrace facing the lake. The developed built area is 656 sqm, respectively 428 sqm. One of the villas has a meeting room in the basement, a wave-generating heating pool, a bathroom, showers, a salt room, a sauna and a sports area. On the ground floor we find an office, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a bedroom with private bathroom, and in the attic two bedrooms with private bathrooms and an apartment with two rooms and bathroom. The other villa has a technical room/ storage room in the basement and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the ground floor there are a spacious hall, reception, another technical room, terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, living room with fireplace and bathroom. The attic brings three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a common area. The quality of the design, workmanship and finishes is impeccable. Both villas are nestled within the slope of a small hill, pragmatically exploiting the differences in level and volume. They have straight lines and clear features free of any unnecessary decorative element. The architecture inspires new, a modern and clean air. The impression continues in the interior, with white or gray furniture embedded in the walls. The light is special fiiling up the air with calmness. The chromatics are limited to white lime, cement gray or anthracite, black and wood accents. There are mostly non-colors with only some accessories (a chandelier or a rich old frame) that bring a bit of copper or bronze shine. The interior is minimalist because here the exterior takes over the house through the silent, light wide frame perspective. In addition, the quality finishes and furniture outline a subtle refinement, as if the interior pays homage to the exterior, refuses to compete with it and understands that less is more, that they can coexist symbiotically if the architect puts the view at the center of the concept. This is the role of fully glazed walls - keep the space fluid, do not put a barrier or distance between the inside and the outside. The emphasis on the panorama is also transposed in the modern turquoise armchairs and swings strategically placed in front of the fireplace or the lake, promising velvety softness and disconnection. Paintings with geometric motifs bring symmetry and faded colors, a warm autumn air. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for a passionate chef and retains the lightness of the rest of the house. Chic guesthouse? Sure. Holiday House? Yes! But don't you think it's time to be a little selfish - don't you deserve to feel at home on vacation every day? Photo Florin Pepene

Chalet Geoagiu de Sus (Romania)

Bordered by the river and the forest, the property is perfectly insulated from the fertile lands of the area - a belt of trees jealously embraces the land and protects it from prying eyes. Seen from above, by the birds of the sky, the property appears as a small cheerful area on with a cute little house on it. The ribbon of chess-like tiles meanders through the bodies of houses and guides the gaze to the perfectly mowed lawn that borders it. The main body, called the chalet, has a hochoparter which is reached by a wooden staircase that continues as a balcony surrounding the building on one side. On the ground floor there is the kitchen; upstairs and in the attic there are three bedrooms; the matrimonial one, generous and bright, enjoys a fireplace in the soothing colors of the sand. The rooms have ceilings entirely covered with wood or are crossed by decorative beams that integrate the space in nature. Another body houses a lounge equipped with sofas, a table for 12 people, a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom, thus being the hospitable host for elegant events. In addition to the recreational options, there is a 60 sqm indoor swimming pool, heated by air and water pumps. Also here there are a sauna, bathrooms and locker room, a technical room and, upstairs, a guest bedroom with bathroom. Heating is done with heat pumps; the water comes from a well drilled at 40m depth with a flow rate of 4 m3 / h, which practically offers the possibility of bottling water if so desired. The 9000sqm plot allowed the arrangement of a 25x10 m pond between sandstone edges, an organic vegetable greenhouse and a playground with a swing complex and other challenges for the little ones. Geoagiu de Sus is a quiet village with a once episcopal church, founded by a lord of Wallachia with fiefs in southern Transylvania - Radu cel Mare, Neagoe Basarab or Radu de la Afumați, as historian Nicolae Iorga believes. Today, the 18th century mural painting shows post-Brâncovenesc features. Cluj Airport is about 60 km away, which provides quick and easy access while Alba Iulia is only 23 km away and brings a wealth of shopping options, restaurants and cultural activities. photo Florin Pepene

Chalet with terrace Gersa I (Romania)

An intimate guesthouse, meticulously designed and managed, with only 10 accommodation places accessible exclusively to those who book it in full; its positioning between the forest and the river allowed the paving of a private road. Moreover, the surface of the land (4.81 ha of which the pasture has 33230 m2 with 10000 beech forests) guarantees quiet and fragrant use – there’s hayfield has 13226 m2 and 20 ares are covered with blackberry crops. The contemporary rustic design has elements that seem brought from nearby, lowered by raft on the river; in reality, the construction combines local tradition with modern technology - the logs are processed by hand, uncalibrated, sanded and cleaned according to Canadian technology, with a diameter between 35-50 cm, the insulation inside being made with natural sheep's wool processed in Austria. In the basement, there is a relaxation area with showers (infrared sauna and table tennis) and a dining room for 16 people, as well as space for a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a food storage area. On the ground floor there are the reception with the living room and two of the bedrooms, on the first floor are the other two bedrooms and the host's room which can be used as a bedroom for children. Each room has its own dressing room and bathroom, decorated in neutral, calming colors, some of them being equipped with bathtubs. The interior is bright, the white of the walls and textiles reflects the light and enhances the wood of the walls and the beams on the ceilings. The living room and two of the four double bedrooms have a fully glazed wall so that the eye can enjoy the view. The rooms are large, having about 30 square meters each; the atmosphere given by the fireplace and solid wood furniture being discretely completed by a few pieces that outline clean, open, light spaces. A terrace equipped with a gas cylinder grill, cauldron, disc for frying with wood and a 60 sqm wooden gazebo that can be organized as a summer kitchen completes the offer. The heating of the rooms is done with radiators connected to the wood fuel boiler and with an individual fireplace (there is also an electric generator for the production of electricity on diesel and a mixed electric boiler; heating from the boiler of 500 l). The property has video surveillance installations, burglary installation, smoke detection installation and central, lightning protection and installation of 2 photovoltaic panels. The water supply is done by capturing a source of drinking water, and the waste water is discharged into a drainable basin.Gersa Valley, quiet and picturesque, isolated between Telcișor Valley and Parva Valley, has a good view of the mountains with an opening towards the peak of Tibleș. Property Sibiu (Romania)

This interwar building, design in Neo-Romanian style, is located in Sibiu, in the immediate vicinity of the 15th century medieval fortified enclosure. The ensemble is classified in the List of Historical Monuments in Romania by order no. 2030/2014 with code SB-II-a-B-21084, and includes: the main residence (SB-II-m-B-21084.01), the first annex (SB-II-m-B-21084.02) and the second annex (SB-II-m-B-21084.03). According to cartographic sources, around 1875 there was another building on the place of the current one. In 1909, the plot was owned by Henrik Baumann, in 1929 the ownership right was registered for Luiza and Friedrich Baumann. The inscription on the portico’s floor and on the façade indicates its year of construction as 1929, the project being signed by architect Alfred Cernea, as the concrete slab on the façade indicates. Most likely, the project was commissioned by Dr. Liviu Turcu. The present building is emblematic for its Neo-Romanian style. The characteristic features are: massive volumetry, highlighting the central body, loggia with short and thick columns, carved wooden structures inspired by the vernacular architecture, trilobed arches, openings with semi-circular closure and rich decorations with Oriental motifs. The central side of the façade is taller than the other parts, which is also highlighted at the roof. The central area of the ground floor contains a window with semi-circular closure, framed by two embedded Corinthian columns. The floor of the central part is the richest ornamented part of the façade, elevated by the balcony, supported on four massive consoles, decorated with arabesque panels. The loggia opens through three tall trilobate arcades. The façade surfaces around the arches are decorated in an exuberant style with spindles, flowers and arabesques. The main façade of the building offers a panoramic view of the entire garden, at the center of which is an ornamental pool. The access to the yard is made through an alley flanked by tall trees. Designed as an urban villa-style residence with a park around the central building, it initially hosted the Dr. Bolintineanu Sanatorium, and in November 1936 it became Dr. Antal's For Births and Female Diseases Clinic. The building was nationalized in 1948 with this function, soon becoming the headquarters of Sibiu General Sanitary Inspectorate, then a kindergarten, a function preserved until the 1990s. In 2000 the villa and the parcel were returned to the heir family. Today, the imposing building keeps almost intact its original design, projected by architect Cernea, with the valuable decorative elements of the façades. The two annexes were also preserved, realized in a unitary architectural design, the fence near the street along with the main gate, the alley lined by trees, the rampant, the staircase and the basin in front of the main building. Inside, valuable items have been preserved, such as decorative paintings of the ceiling and the original carpentry. Other main attractions add up to the exquisite architectural details, such as: the generous yard of over 5000 sqm and the proximity to The Big Square in Sibiu, located at only 200 m. An outstanding witness of the only national architecture program in Romania, located in a central area of Sibiu, this splendid interwar villa is silently and hopefully waiting for its new owner.

House with garden and terrace Alba Iulia (Romania)

In Alba Iulia, a historical citadel spectacularly reborn as a cultural-touristic center, a modern villa has recently risen on a gentle hill, with a proud exterior, right corners and clearly defined volumes. The construction exploits the level difference and looks down into the valley through large glazed surfaces and generous terraces. The view is spectacular and goes far into the sky - the valley downhill is not aggressively populated, the few buildings are high and the lands are parceled out in an organized, harmonious manner. The austere elegance of the facade fits in with the perfect terrace lawn and quality metallic stone paving. The elegant, durable and high-quality materials used are still rare in the local landscape - Equitone fiber cement on the perspective facade, natural Nordic pine wood, exposed brick and decorative Sto. Inside, the spaces are large, bright and minimalistic furnished to let air, light and good thoughts circulate; the fireplace promises warmth and the magic of cheerfully crackling wood. The space is well partitioned, with functional rooms; the kitchen is furnished and equipped, and the bathrooms are impeccable, elegant, with natural light and discreet colors. The interior staircase attracts the eye, being both a practical and a decorative element in the economy of the hall. There is space for a library in the attic, and a cinema in the basement. What really makes the difference here is the technology. The villa is a perfect example of a smart home – rainwater is collected for irrigation, there are video cameras, presence sensors and anti-burglary systems. Access, temperature, humidity and lighting are controlled; the curtains are motorized and many areas in the house are independently soundproofed. In addition, an observer area is set up on the roof that records the climatic indicators and transmits them to automatically decide the irrigation or the movement of the window blinds. The bathrooms have flood sensors that decide, when necessary, to shut off the water supply to the entire system and the system sends notifications to the owner regarding the events that occurred in the absence. House Valea Ierii (Romania)

Only 45 km from Cluj, at the crossroads of Valea Ierii and Valea Negrii, a road through the forest suddenly opens up, reminiscent of a wonderful grove, a clearing flooded with greenery around an pond. A guesthouse all set in stone, wood and red flowers welcomes its guests with modern rooms and bohemian terraces. The mountain air feels cold and strong when it enters the nostrils, reaches the veins and ozonates. Here everything is under the sign of green - the rich and seemingly wild vegetation is left to dominate, to overflow, to fill the gaze with green. The plaster and buttresses of the exposed stone evoke the durability, stability and stature of a medieval settlement. Everything is made of wood, inside and out. The architecture follows the local rustic style, but the interior, all wood-paneled. has the atmosphere of a contemporary cottage. The wood reflects light creating a quiet, gentle and warm cocoon. Lighting accessories and chromatically coordinated contemporary furniture make a modern gray-yellow-black combination. There are 10 rooms with balconies above the lake, another 7 rooms in the main building (two of them have their own terrace and private tub with air massage) and 4 apartments (one with an area of 48sqm, shower and whirlpool tub/ ciubăr; its terrace is above the waterfall; other two apartments have private tub/ ciubăr). The property is perfectly designed and equipped for corporate and private events. It has large areas with carefully manicured grass for garden parties and a restaurant with a capacity of 300 people. The salt room, the sauna, the fireplace, the grass sunbeds or the tub are opportunities for relaxation or socializing, as you wish. Then there are the barrel-built dining areas, sauna and the jacuzzi in the tub that can be practically assimilated to a half-barrel - all elements that create a fairytale atmosphere suitable for both team buildings, weddings and holidays in nature. Children have a wonderful park but also a playground inside, while for the teens/ adults there is airsoft, paintball, rummy, backgammon, chess, playing cards, wireless access). There is also a well-stocked bar and a generous terrace with 80 seats in the air free and 36 things covered) and 9 covered parking spaces. The project for equipping 210 sqm with photovoltaic panels (40 kw) is currently being completed.
