20 km from Le Mans, in a wooded park, a rectory from the 18th century. Set back from the street, the property is entirely oriented towards a vast wooded park. A high stone wall preserves its privacy and creates two accesses, one pedestrian and the other for vehicles, which open onto small gardens overlooking neighboring properties. Successively a rectory, with its catechism rooms set up in the outbuildings, a cabinetmaker's workshop, and then a family home, the estate has experienced several lives, the traces of which it still retains today. Little modified throughout its rich history, the 18th-century residence consists of a rectangular central body with a four-pitched roof made of old tiles topped with pottery finials. Built of plastered stone, with surrounds of windows made from tuff stone, the dwelling of approximately 280 m² is raised over two levels above a cellar under some parts. To the east, the elevation is marked by two bays with large windows. To the north, the windows are doubled with curved carpentry. The building is flanked on each side by four more recent extensions. At the back, a wide shaded terrace, supported by stone walls, precedes the park where an old kiosk, a aviary, and several outbuildings align until a second entrance, accessible via a parallel street. A buildable plot occupies the back of the land.
