A 19th-century Anglo-Norman villa on almost 1 hectare of land in Villerville, with the Seine Estuary on the horizon. The entrance to the property is marked by two stone columns. A drive initially bordered by white wooden palisades splits in two before running past one side of the villa and dropping down to the far reach of the property’s land. On the side facing the sea, the villa boasts a large patio made of stone slabs. The garden is dotted with box trees as well as copses of shrubs and is surrounded by hedges and tall trees.
