At the time, I owned the neighbouring two properties: the 25.7 acre House of Parihoa and 554 acre Tabletop Farm. Adding TP Farm to this collection gave 728 acres of West Coast seaside properties, known as Parihoa Farm. As I simplify my life, all three properties are offered for sale, separately or as a whole.
