An arch leads to the pool terrace. This is another lovely area, where many weddings take place next to the 15 metre long pool and with the glorious views serving as the backdrop.Around to one side of the property there is a covered verandah stretching the length of the house - yet another fabulous space for outside dining or relaxing, and there is a sweet chill-out hut in a quiet corner of the garden.In another corner, there is an astro-turf yoga lawn.Elsewhere, and tucked out of sight, there is a huge garage/workshop and a laundry room and other ancillary storage areas, tucked beneath the pool terrace.There is an irrigation system throughout the gardens, and water for the property is filtered by an osmosis system.There is plenty of guest parking and space for delivery vehicles to get to the larder adjacent to the kitchen.In summary, this is a beautifully-conceived, designed and finished boutique hotel, sold with an S.L business and existing goodwill.
