The Terrefial villa was built in 1937 by the famous American architect Barry DIERKS. We owe him mythical constructions such as the castle of the Horizon in Golf-Juan or the villa AUJOURD’HUI at Cap D’Antibes. Madame Besançon De Wagner, better known under the name of Maggy ROUFF, a well-known fashion house between the two wars, lived there her retirement with her husband since 1946.
