Architecture from the 1900s, this beautiful bourgeois building in the sought-after Vauban district houses a 110 m2 apartment on the first floor with soft colors, worthy of a Jean-Luc Godard film.

Renovated by architect Claire-Hélène Drouin in 2013, the apartment reveals itself through its graphic black-and-white striped entrance, which sets the tone. The living room highlights the original elements: moldings, rounded shapes, antique doors, perfectly preserved tiles, and beautiful high ceilings diffuse the undeniable charm of the place. The living room is south-facing, overlooking the surrounding greenery in a peaceful setting. In an alcove, the kitchen discreetly nestles away. Its black and blue tones place it in a perfectly defined setting where contemporary style perfectly marries the old. The north space reserved for the bedrooms leads to a large master suite, where a clever headboard delineates the spaces and conceals a bathroom dressed in polished concrete. An antique fireplace adds grandeur to the room. A second room and a third elongated room on the south side complete the space. They share a bathroom with influences straight out of the 60s, dressed in black and white, and extended by a utility room. A 25 m2 cellar completes this unique property.

Charm of the old for a joyful and bright life.
