ApartmentMarseille 1ˢᵗ (13)

Architecture from the end of the 19th century, this typical building on Place aux Huiles accommodates on its 4th and last floor without elevator a 102 m2 apartment with spectacular views of the Old Port.

Renovated in 2018, the apartment, facing the Mediterranean, lives to the rhythm of the ballet of boats. The breathtaking views of the sea, the Palais du Pharo and Fort Saint-Jean are framed by a series of black windows creating a succession of panoramic scenes. Facing West, the open volumes are put into perspective by the immaculate walls, the floor entirely covered in sisal and the exposed beams painted white. The dining area is extended by a generous living room which is tinged with a soft and warm light. The kitchen was designed at the entrance to preserve the volume of the living room. Dressed in white subway tiles, it is discreet and well proportioned. Adjoining, a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room has a polished concrete floor. At the rear, a second bedroom with shower room completes the sleeping area.
