Built in the early 20th century, this former 151 m2 seaside mansion boasts a prime location in the heart of L'Estaque and a magnificent view of the harbor, from Marseille to the coves of the Côte Bleue. Renovated by architect Pierre Depoizier, the house and its original features have been preserved and restored. The old mosaics, marble fireplace, steel arches of the glass roofs, and terracotta tiles add to the charm of this residence. Facing south, it is bathed in soft light filtering through the pretty veranda. A flight of steps away from the bustle of the village leads to the house. The entrance is through the spacious living room with three large bay windows in a row. The space is extended by an ipe terrace under a 1900 glass roof, revealing the shimmering sea between the trees. Opposite, the kitchen with black units is separate and immersed in greenery. The staircase, adorned with terracotta tiles, leads to the night-time floor where two bedrooms are revealed, including a master suite with a superb sea view. The latter benefits from a large bathroom and a large custom-made dressing room. A glass-roofed terrace closes this level. On the top floor, in the turret, a third, more intimate bedroom gives access to the roof terrace, which enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and the Estaque painters' path. A double garage completes the house. The charm of the 1900s by the sea.
