House with pool and garden Savigné-sous-le-Lude (72)
At the crossroads of Touraine, Anjou, and Sarthe, in the heart of the Vallée du Loir, a magnificent mill dating from 1743 borders the stream of Vésotière. Located in a Natura 2000 area and labeled a refuge by LPO (League for the Protection of Birds), this beautiful mill is set in a flowering and wooded park of 31,438 m², benefiting from a bucolic setting and absolute calm. The fully restored mill combines the charm of the old with current amenities. It consists of a large living room with its templar fireplace, a bread oven, a versatile wood-burning stove (oven and cast iron plate for stewing), a very bright dining room located in the extension, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a ground floor bedroom and a shower room, as well as an independent WC. Upstairs, there is a functional bedroom of 11.26 m² and an unusual bedroom (floor area 16 m²) with a washbasin and WC complete the sleeping area. Heating and hot water production are provided by a wood pellet boiler with a silo. An equipped terrace with a barbecue extends the living space. A 28 m² pavilion extension, clad in wood, offers a modular space that can accommodate an office, a workshop, or a paramedical activity. The 9 x 4 m saltwater pool is equipped with a safety roller shutter and is heated by a heat pump. The property also includes three perfectly maintained and carefully decorated gîtes.
