In a portion of the villa, most recently renovated to make it a small relais, three small suites and a shared living-breakfast area have been created. The relais has independent access from the villa, but of course it can be re-attached to it, with the simple reopening of an internal door. In the park, a building of about 150 sqm (1615 sq.ft.), on two levels, once intended as a stable, has recently been completely renovated and is suitable for convivial use, for the organization of family events, parties, dances, and is also equipped with a functional equipped kitchen area, a wood oven and a large fireplace. A small greenhouse, behind the stable, is another small jewel, which introduces a romantic and secluded place: the rose garden. The large 23x8m pool is entirely made of white quartzite slabs; adjacent to the pool, the hot tub is placed on a stone wall from which a cascading jet emerges. In addition to outdoor showers, there are large underground changing rooms and service rooms. With 8/10 minutes by car, from the villa, we are on Lake Como, in Lecco; Como, always by car, can be reached in 20 minutes. Bellagio will take 40 minutes by car.
