The winery is well equipped (crusher/de-stemmer, Vaslin press, temperature control, filters…) and enables the production of a range of high quality red, white and rosé wines.
The estate spreads over 90 contiguous hectares, including approximately 44 ha of vineyard. The vineyard is classed AOP Saint Chinian and IGP, and is organically farmed. The vines are well maintained and planted for around 95% with noble varieties.
The estate wines are sold in bottle, Bag-in-Box and bulk. Currently around 120 000 bottles are sold year for a global average turnover of 520 K€.
