Located between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon, this characterful property sits at the heart of an estate spanning just over 8 hectares, featuring an olive grove, a leafy garden and areas of woodland. Boasting quintessentially Provençal surroundings, the estate is centred around an old farmhouse of approximately 355 sq.m whose antique stonework, terracotta floor tiles, patterned cement tiles, fireplaces and spacious rooms lend it the authentic charm of a grand family home. Currently set up as two interconnected dwellings, each with its own independent entrance, the farmhouse features generous reception areas and nine bedrooms. In addition, there is a former agricultural outbuilding of approximately 200 sq.m that houses two independent accommodation units (one with two rooms, the other with three, both featuring private gardens) as well as a barn. The estate also includes a large carport, a dovecote and various ancillary spaces. The outdoor spaces are a true highlight, featuring ancient trees, olive trees, stone walls, a pond, a fountain, native Provençal vegetation and a large mosaic-tiled saltwater swimming pool. Located halfway between Lourmarin and Aix-en-Provence, this property offers an exceptional setting for a family home or a commercial venture, such as a bed and breakfast.
