Built in the 1950s, this 204 m2 seaside villa overlooks its landscaped plot of 1374 m2 , 250 m from Chay beach. The travertine floor of the living room gives way to herringbone parquet flooring in the three bedrooms on this level. Each bedroom retains its large, fitted wardrobes with light wood fronts that match the doors of each room.
