On the heights of a small friendly village in the Périgord Vert, 10 minutes from Mareuil, in a quiet area, with distant views of the rural and wooded hills, nestled in the middle of its large enclosed plot of over 8000 m2, a vast contemporary villa from 2008, to be finished, of 192 m2 of living space.
This villa, accessible by an electric gate, offers a basement fitted out over the entire surface area of the house including two garages with motorized roller shutters, a cellar, a storeroom, a laundry room, a toilet and a staircase.
On the garden level there is a large living room (56 m2) with equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with wood stove, a bedroom, an office, a bathroom/shower room and toilet.
The beautiful terrace, from where spectacular views, is accessible by large bay windows.
The other 4 bedrooms (19 to 22 m2) are upstairs with a bathroom to be finished (the pipes and drains are in place).
One of these bedrooms, like the large landing, is in exposed plasterboard, waiting to be decorated.
The whole house (ground floor and first floor) has underfloor heating, a heat pump (2013), very good insulation of the walls and under the roof.
Wooden frames, double glazing.
Solar panels largely compensate for the consumption of private electricity and hot water.
For those looking for a large house (5 bedrooms, almost 200 m2 of living space, with a large basement) in a peaceful location, to put it to their taste by spending little money, but habitable immediately, at a more than reasonable price, do not hesitate!!
