In Quattro Castella, on the wonderful hills of Matilda, we offer a splendid courtyard of the early 800 completely renovated in 2005, both from a structural and architectural and plant engineering point of view. The complex consists of an area of about 7,000 square meters on which there are two buildings, a main one with nineteenth-century origin and expansion of the early 900 and the secondary of nineteenth-century origin with original rural use. A partially underground garage for five cars has also been built, connected to the villa by an underground tunnel. In the renovation of the main building, the highest quality materials and techniques have been used, the floors are in earthenware and antique oak wood, all the doors are in walnut and are made up of antiques ranging from the eighteenth to the nineteenth century, and the rooms are enriched with refined polychrome decorations taken from the original elements. The main villa is spread over four levels and specifically on the ground floor, in the most domestic area, there are the kitchen, the living room and a bathroom. The kitchen and living room overlook the outdoor area. The large free lawn enhances the iron gazebo, a sheltered resting place. This is followed by two large lawns framed by shrubs with a romantic flavor, in particular, the outermost lawn creates a sort of belvedere open to the splendid view facing the plain.
