Located on the heights of Nérac, it covers 26 hectares planted on a large plateau in a single block. ​ Its complex soils are mostly clay-limestone, as can be seen from the outcrops of stone, extracted from the land through work in the vineyard. This unique terroir is accentuated by a plateau of gentle slopes, allowing a regular and balanced water supply and guaranteeing excellent soil drainage. The region's microclimate and the altitude of the estate (130 m) complete a remarkable natural equation.
