Remarkable 20th century architecture, this 124 m2 'Gratte Ciel' house on a 113 m2 plot of land is located in the heart of the Cité Frugès designed by Le Corbusier, 10 minutes from Bordeaux.

Completely restored in 2023, this house built on 4 levels has retained the codes and spirit of Le Corbusier. The entrance is on the side from a small reception garden. The concrete Z staircase is housed in a library area and provides direct access to the living space upstairs.
