A magnificent village house with outbuildings and a garden, perched on the hillsides of the Loire Valley, not far from the city of Angers. With three floors, including one built into the attic space, the dwelling was built out of lime-plastered rubble stone, topped with a hipped slate roof and adorned with dormer windows. Its front façade is cadenced by vertically aligned symmetrical windows surrounded by bossage stone masonry, as well as tuffeau stone quoins, cornices and dormer windows, while its back façade abuts an imposing square tower with a slate staircase as well as a terraced patio overlooking the landscape.
Lastly, in the right-angle wing formed by the tower, a one-storey extension with a slate pent roof was added.
