luxury houses with sea view for sale Romania
House with terrace Bucharest (Romania)
Inaugurated on 12 of July 1914, the Palace Hotel had from the beginning the luxury necessary for its privileged category. From the very beginning and due to the contractual nature of its construction (to accommodate, at the required standing, those willing to play appreciable sums at the casino), the Palace Hotel had the most elegant facilities: 250 rooms or apartments, electric light, hot and cold water in each room, bathrooms on each floor, elevators for people and their luggage, hallways, correspondence room, smoking room, ice factory, omnibus-car service and the famous restaurant with Romanian-French cuisine. Through the amounts followed to be invested, the construction of the hotel was one of the most important clauses of the contract, In Alphonse Heitz's offer (to be returned to the municipality after 6 years of operation), the hotel becomes a reality (for its own use) through the efforts of Baron Edgard de Marçay and the Society of Great Establishments, although impediments and postponements are not lacking in the authentic Balkan way. Located in the most picturesque place on the Black Sea shores, the hotel is built in the eclectic style specific to the French Riviera. The main facade, designed symmetrically and monumentally, like the whole building, in fact, has as central element the entrance, flanked by two large consoles, provided at the top with Empire type garlands. Each level is individualized: the ground floor windows have a slightly arched arch, the first floor alternates balconies with hardware and masonry, the second floor has a rhythmic series of balconies with hardware on consoles, the following levels are separated by a frieze with Greek wave, and the semi-circular windows of the last level with small balconies and the same hardware, are flanked by massive consoles. The facade from the sea is higher, because the hotel follows the shore slope, introduces an asymmetrical element through the staircase that reaches the level of the key. Its impressive French neoclassical monumentality, the diversity of the quotations, based mainly on the Mediterranean tradition, gave Hotel Palace, the belonging to the category of modernity and not of traditionalism.

House with pool and terrace Vama Veche (Romania)
White, cream, sandy - the color scheme is intentionally sun-bleached, wind-swept, and sea-salted. The vegetation is just enough, but mainly where it’s needed – we’re by the sea, here you let the sun play the role of a demiurge and make libations to it at sunset when the sparkling wine is chilled and the light is golden. Bright, with gentle contrasts and volumetry that harmoniously combines the roundness of old walls with straight corners, the villa has a timeless line reminiscent of the Greek houses on the white hills of Santorini. In the courtyard, at the entrance to the house, a pair of young trees embrace in their crowns. In front, a generous pool undulates with playful liquid light, inviting endless evenings around it. All around, we have lime, stone, and water, with few accessories but maximum effect – the nostalgia of holidays on the Greek islands finds its refuge and fulfillment here. Located just a short walk from the sea, the villa offers both sufficient privacy from the vibrant nightlife of Vama Veche and quick and easy access to the beach when the call of the sea is felt. The villa is a new construction, completed in 2024, and offers no less than 8 apartments, each with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The villa is thoughtfully designed from start to finish, from the exterior and interior finishes to the decorations and courtyard arrangement, with the aim of bringing a piece of Greece as close as possible, ensuring the certainty of a vacation at home, every day. The villa can instantly become a wise investment in a resort that never ages, an opportunity to engage in modern and responsible tourism on a coastline that deserves a fresh approach, or, why not, a summer vacation residence for a large family and their friends.
