A manor and farm, designed for a hotel & farming business, in the Périgord Pourpre sector, between Bergerac and Sarlat, in 48-hectare enclosed grounds. The estate spreads over 48 uninterrupted hectares on a hillside and can be reached via a private tarmacked road.
