Our opinion
With the upper floors fully renovated there are options to renovate the bedrooms on the garden floor and create a large cinema room and a gym. With 6 bedrooms and a further 3 entertainment rooms this chalet has many different options. It is currently a fantastic home so equally possible to rearrange and create a huge family home. The location is peaceful, so you feel you are remote but it's only a short walk to the Prarion lift, the Chavants lake, climbing wall and tennis courts.
Location
The chalet is located in Les Chavants just 850m from the Prarion, the main ski and mountain biking lift in Les Houches. It is 15 minutes by car from Chamonix. There is a bus stop just in front of the Prarion lift, from which the number 1 runs to Chamonix, as well as to the Prarion and Flégère ski lifts.
