At garden level, a second 70 m2 apartment houses a fitted kitchen large enough to accommodate a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and plenty of storage. A magnificent glass roof in black lacquered steel with thin uprights takes place on the facade to the West, accessible from the bedroom and the living room through glass doors. Independent of the house and attached to the garage, there is an outbuilding converted into a 33 m2 apartment with a living space, a bedroom and a bathroom. This complex offers several configuration possibilities and will delight architecture lovers.
