A 246-m² architect-designed house, with a tree-filled garden and swimming pool in the Côte-d’Or area, less than 10 minutes from the historical centre of Dijon. This 246-m² architect-designed house with two almost aligned sections was built in 1984 and is made up of a raised ground floor above a basement as well as a first floor with sloping ceilings beneath a mostly gabled roof of flat terracotta tiles. The facades are sober, rendered and light-coloured, marked from one body to the other and above the veranda by slight recesses. It has straight, sliding, metal-framed, double-glazed windows, two of which are preceded by large, triangular, masonry-work window boxes. The house was extended in 1987 with the addition of a veranda, in 1990 with the creation of a swimming pool and then in 1991 when the garage was extended to create a workshop space. The house is set back from the street. A pedestrian gate and double-leaf wooden gate open onto a long tree-lined drive that leads to the house’s entrance door and to the garage. To the side of the driveway, there are also two parking spaces. The property boasts a garden with a surface of 1,085 m².
