Rarity - vineyard situated in the AOC Listrac, one of the oldest appellations of the Medoc peninsula and located between the Margaux and Saint Julien appellations.
The wine estate represents a total surface area of 28 hectares, including its vineyard of 14 hectares.
Its vineyard enjoys a privileged location and is planted with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The plots are located on 2 islets, one is placed on a clay-limestone ridge with a fine presence of gravel and the other on a gravel-siliceous soil.
The recent technical facilities include:
A winery with a capacity of 2056 hectolitres in thermoregulated stainless steel and concrete vats, as well as a barrel cellar with a capacity of 250 barrels.
An agricultural shed and a storage room, an office, and a reception- and tastings room.
