A 240 ha hunting estate on the edge of the Brenne nature park, with a lodge awaiting renovation, a farmhouse, woods, lakes and fields. From the main road, a driveway leads to the entrance gate of the estate. From here, the drive continues through the woods to reach the hunting lodge and the farm, as well as a caretaker's house a little further on. The facades of the various buildings are of rendered stone, with rectangular or arched openings. The two-, three- or four-pitched roofs are clad with flat or interlocking tiles. There are lakes scattered throughout the grounds, while the arable fields are grouped together in a single area.
